Hi, I’m Tanya Liebenberg — wife, mom of two beautiful girls, and proud creator of the Admin Ninja Academy.
I started this journey just like you — a full-time PA, juggling life, work, and wondering if this is really it.
With no formal business training and no idea where to start, I took the leap to build my own Virtual Assistant business from scratch. It wasn’t always easy — I made mistakes, learnt through trial and error, and slowly found my rhythm.
Thanks to the guidance of an incredible mentor (who taught me the importance of integrity, boundaries, and how to serve clients with respect), I built a business I’m deeply proud of.
I come from a family of loyal 9-to-5ers. But I knew I wanted something more — more time, more freedom, and more flexibility for my family.
